Berry Lips.


Sporting the Fall season berry lip today! I mentioned in my recent E.L.F. Studio HD Creme Blush Review that I love the way Showstopper looks on my lips, and I wore it out today, so I snapped a quick photo. I'm also wearing The Balm Betty-Lou Manizer Bronzer that I reviewed in my previous post and E.L.F. Headliner HD Blush (love!)

I can't get enough of the vampy plum lip, so I went to Target and picked up a handful of different lip products. I should be doing a post soon on them.. Berry on a Budget maybe?

      Aww thank you! It's uber bright and dark on my cheeks (although it does work) but I love it on my lips. I still want to pick up a couple more lip products for the post, but I should be posting this week! :)

      Thank you! I'll be doing a post soon on some good deep shades that are inexpensive. I picked up a couple Wet n Wild ones, which were only a dollar or two. A great place to start!

      I actually picked up the liquid lipshine one from NYC and another one from the NYC brand along with Wine Not by revlon(which is gorgeous!) I am really loving a darker lip on myself! It is gonna be a fun post to put together now.

      Thank you! It's Revlon Black Cherry. It looks uber black in the tube, but I don't think because it has medium pigmentation, it's not nearly as dark as it looks (from swatches I've seen anyway).

    Showstopper does look great on your lips. I have each of the elf hd blushes and have never thought to try them on my lips. Gotta try that. And "berry on a budget" sounds like a great post! I'll be waiting for that, as I love a vampy-lip!

      Thank you, doll. Definitely try it. They may not be that moisturizing, but nothing a little lip balm won't fix. I really like the way headliner looks on my lips too.

      MAC Studio Sculpt Foundation NC37
      E.L.F. Headliner HD Cream Blush on the apples of my cheeks
      The Balm Betty-Lou Manizer Bronzer on my cheeks and dusted lightly around the frame of my face
      Guerlain Meteorites to set my foundation

      On my eyes, I just smudged a black liner on the outer corner of my eyes, added lots of mascara and a half set of false lashes.

      For my lips, I applied a good coat of lip balm and a couple layers of E.L.F. Showstopper HD Cream Blush applied with a lip brush.
