MAC Improvise Mineralize Blush

MAC Improvise Mineralize Blush is a limited edition baked, mineralize blush released in the MAC Colour Craft '09 Collection. Improvise is described as a mid-tone neutral coral with light white yellow gold veining. When combined, a frosty pale, pinky-peach is created. It can be worn as a light blush, yet it's light enough to be worn as a highlight.

Although Improvise looks beautiful on it's own, I love layering it over blushes - especially peach and coral toned blushes; such as MAC Coppertone or Gingerly.

The texture of Improvise is very nice. I own a few mineralize blushes, and they are all soft and smooth, but Improvise is especially soft and easy to work with.

While I was at Big Lots this weekend (It's a closeout store). I noticed they had my FAVORITE LIP GLOSS!! Okay, one of my top 5 favorites. It's Revlon's Super Lustrous Lip gloss in the shade "Life's a Peach". I haven't seen it at all in months at the stores and I was just hoping that I was just having bad luck. But I suppose that it was only a limited edition shade.. and is now being distributed to discount stores. If you loved this shade too, be sure to check out the dollar stores near you!!

Out Shopping this weekend.. & an OOTD!

I was out shopping this weekend with my mom and picked up some clothes for the winter. I was at Forever 21 and got a couple of things.. I was going to post the items directly from the website.. but everything I got is not on the website :( I also picked up a few things from Express because I had a few coupons to use up and I stopped by MAC to get a sample of their Prolongwear Foundation. I haven't tried it out yet.. but when I do, I'll be sure to post a FOTD with me wearing it and I'll let you know what I think about it.

Anyway.. I figured I'd post an Outfit of the Day since I took a couple of pictures in the fitting room. LOL Outfit of the Day posts are so much less time consuming than other posts.. let me know if you guys would like them more often.

and also, my Betsey Johnson handbag that's on the floor. Lol I've posted about it before. It's my favorite handbag.


Hope you all had a great weekend and a fun Halloween! I didn't dress up as anything. I haven't had a Halloween costume since I was 13. ;( I did have a nice time though with my mom in-law (okay, so it's not official.. but she will be!). We went to a casino.. played some slots and had dinner. What'd you do for Halloween? Did you dress up as anything?
