Heidi Klum for Victoria's Secret Makeup.

You can view the whole collection here Has anyone tried any of the products? The Eyeshadow palette looked gorgeous and I swatched the colors and they were pigmented and true to color.. but I figured I didn't need it and I have all the colors.. but it is soo tempting because it looks so pretty. lol

I did buy the Heidi Klum Luminous Face Powder Gems. They looked pretty irresistible and it was $22 which didn't seem too bad.

Product Description: Illuminating powder spheres brighten and balance for a sultry, jewel-like glow. For an even blend of radiance, swirl your brush over the powder gems in a circular motion. Lightly tap to remove excess, then apply all-over face, building color on cheeks if desired. I've only used the gems today.. and so far I really like the color. I used it with a lot of the darkest pink gems and the color really suits my skin tone. I'll have a review for this soon. :)

I also picked up the Very Voluptuous® Lip Plumper Extreme.

Its clear, but the brush is discolored from my lipsticks The regular non extreme lip plumper costs $18 and the extreme costs a whopping $26. The EXTREME label tempted me.. but I don't really think there is anything extreme about it. I'm pretty disappointed with it. I love lip plumpers and the burning or tingling feeling it gives your lips. This one in particular has no tingle or cooling minty effect. It just burns a little.. as if I wiped my lips with cayenne pepper. It turns them slightly red but it didn't irritate them or really make them appear fuller. sad. *sigh* I guess a pro can be that it is pretty moisturizing? lol I should of just stuck with the regular one.. I know lots of people love it. I may end up trying it in the near future.

NYX Round Lipstick Pictures!

Lipsticks from left to right: NYX Frosted Flakes, NYX Echo, NYX Rea and NYX Summerlove.

Lipsticks from left to right: NYX Strawberry Milk, NYX Fig and NYX Louisiana.

So far, my two favorite colors are Fig and Louisiana. Fig is a very wearable pink that I can probably wear every day. You can tone down the color with a little nude gloss. Louisiana is similar but it is a lot more vibrant. I can't wait to wear it for a night out. :)

Covergirl Lash Blast Mascara Review!

Covergirl Lash Blast Mascara

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Get a blast of lush, volumized lashes! LashBlast's patented volume-boosting formula and patent-pending brush are designed to max out each and every lash, leaving you with the ultimate big-lash look. It's smudge, smear-proof and hypoallergenic.

I recently decided to try "The Best Selling Mascara in America", Covergirl Lash Blast. I didn't have high expectations for this. I figured if there is a good mascara out there.. I know about it or I've tried it. lol I never had the desire to try this because I don't use Covergirl makeup & the products I have tried from Covergirl I haven't liked.

Let me start off by explaining why I was searching for a new mascara. I had a big dilemma I was facing with all of the mascaras I've been using. (YSL Faux Cils, MAC Zoomlash, LOREAL Extra Collagen & Voluminous, Maybelline Great Lash, etc) They all gave me smudges under my eyes!

I get little black dots that settle into my under eye makeup which is basically from my mascara rubbing against my skin when I blink, close my eyes.. or whatever. This happens a lot of times when you are wearing an oily/very dewy foundation or a heavy concealer. For example cake/cream concealers that tend to be very oily/greasy (ie: MAC Studio Finish Concealer, MAC Studio Sculpt Concealer, Ben Nye Concealer, etc). And, we all know oil breaks up mascara so it will defiantly smudge when it comes in contact with oils. So you should always powder your under eyes with a setting powder to prevent smudging. I use MAC Blot Powder or Ben Nye Neutral Set Powder, and switched to a liquid concealer and even tried waterproof mascara! (And lots of other things.. lol) But, I was still having this problem. I started to just deal with it for a long time and just check my face often and rub under my eyes.

I was recommended to try a tubing mascara such as: Kiss Me Mascara or Loreal Double Extend Beauty Tube Mascara (reviewed here by Cheryl). Well, Instead on impulse I bought Covergirl Lash Blast.. not thinking for one second that it was most likely going to cause the smudging problem I had.

After the 1st use, I didn't really like it. Personally, I think you need to "break in" a mascara and use it for a week straight before you can really see how it works. 1st thoughts were, this wand is humongous, I hate the rubber/plastic wand (I like a normal mascara wand, not the rubber, plastic or comb wands) and it's like any other mascara on the market.

Well, I've been using it daily for two weeks and I'm in love. Yeah, yeah it doesn't really give me length. But, I have never used a mascara that SEPARATES as good as this. I don't own a lash comb, nor do I feel the need to ever comb out my spider lashes. I like dramatic lashes. But the problem with lots of volumizing mascaras is, they clump your lashes together like crazy so it looks like you have 5-10 long, fat lashes. This mascara, does not clump my lashes together at all. It also holds a great curl.. it doesn't weigh them down, and you can build good volume with it. AND, dun dun dun, IT DOESN'T SMUDGE! I've tried it with my Shiseido's Makeup Mascara Base and I get better results (a bigger curl, thicker lashes, slightly longer). Overall, I am thrilled with this and I recommend it to anyone that has had the same problem as me. :)

I hope this helped!
